Professional Snow Removal and Landscaping Services in Cedar Rapids, IA

How We Work

What to expect when you hire Ty's

Every job starts the same way: we come out, walk the property with you, and listen to what you actually want before we quote anything. Estimates are free and there is no obligation to book. Once you approve the quote, you get a realistic timeline — not a vague promise — and the same crew that measured the job is the crew that shows up to do it. If a damaged or overgrown tree is in the way, we price the tree removal during the same visit.

We work year-round, which matters more than most people expect. A company that only mows in the summer has no reason to learn your property. Because we handle spring cleanups, summer maintenance, fall leaf removal, and winter snow clearing, we already know where your drainage runs, which beds need edging, and where the plow can and cannot push snow. That continuity is why most of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals.

Residential and commercial

We serve homeowners who want a yard they are proud of, and we serve property managers who need dependable contracts — parking lots cleared before opening, common areas maintained on schedule, and one point of contact who answers the phone. Both get the same standard of work and the same straightforward pricing, including hardscape jobs such as retaining wall installation.
